The Purpose of this project is to revitalize Sandusky as the destination instead of a what you pass through to get to your destination. A new Landmark structure to pierce the skyline, using a radical program is the best way to create a new node of interest while keeping pubic use of park space.  This “Hot to Cold” landmark will facilitate these needs by providing a unique place while also providing for the public use.
