Mission Bay is San Francisco’s fastest-growing neighborhood, where new multifamily, office, and medical projects join the Dropbox HQ, Uber HQ, and the Warriors arena. As density rises, the Community Center becomes a critical civic living room for both longtime residents and newcomers. Above, a simple box organizes activity: story-deep trusses enable a 60-foot column-free cantilever below while carrying the level above. Subtle massing shifts reveal layered activity behind a transparent facade—making openness and visibility the project’s defining character.
